Our Annual Report

Each year, we produce an annual report with tenants to summarise how we’ve delivered services during the previous financial year.

Our Annual Report for 2025-26 outlines how we’ve worked together with tenants to shape services, improve neighbourhoods, and continue to create great homes and communities with the people of Barnsley.

This year’s report shares performance against the Tenant Satisfaction Measures, including a peer group comparison with similar organisations, and looks at impact through case studies and examples from tenants and leaseholders. Areas for further improvement and key challenges are identified with commentary from the editorial group.
