Important customer notice - Berneslai Homes app
We've made some improvements so it’s easier for you to report repairs to us.
Please be aware that the Berneslai Homes mobile app is no longer in use. Please uninstall the app from your phone.
Why was the app removed?
The app was no longer being supported by the software provider, so we weren't able to keep it updated and available to tenants.
What has replaced the app?
Instead of investing in app software that can go out of date quickly and isn’t suitable for everyone to use, we’ve developed a better online repair reporting and tracking service linked to your existing Housing Online account.
My Repairs online
You can now use ‘My Repairs’ - your online service for reporting non-emergency repairs, making it quick and simple to log repairs, check progress, and keep your contact details up to date. Click here for more information on how to use My Repairs.
Can I still phone to report a repair?
Yes - you can still report non-emergency repairs over the phone on 01226 787878 during office hours: Monday to Friday 9am to 5pm.
Always phone us to report emergency repairs. The Repairs Hotline 01226 787878 is available 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
